Fund One was a massive success, admittedly benefiting from the tailwinds of record snow fall in Big Cottonwood Canyon. So, while the c. 2023 vintage certainly helped, our value-add playbook produced results that outperformed the market - from AC sourcing off-market parking in an oversubscribed auction to JD winning the hearts and minds of legacy owner-operators.

The Skiing Experience
Fund III investors will gain access to best-in-class ski conditions at Big Sky Resort's 5,800 acres of terrain and 30+ chair lifts. The Sky will literally be limit just as the ceiling is the roof.
Our Accommodations
This year, to accommodate new investor demand, we have secured two residences with ski-in ski-out access, which will be especially important given the partnership will be without its Park Lot Guru, AC aka the General.
Dates
Thursday, February 6th - Sunday, February 9th
- Thu, Feb 6: Capital Called. Arrive Bozeman around noon. Shenanigans to follow.
- Fri, Feb 7: First Deployment at Big Sky; 7PM Dinner at Moonlight Tavern.
- Sat, Feb 8: Second Capital Deployment at Big Sky; Dinner at 7PM at Landing at Sky Lodge.
- Sun, Feb 9: Capital Returned.
Participation in Fund III is subject the approval of the Managers.

The ratio of Florida-Mans to Normal People has increased dramatically with the addition of EK Smooth. As such, we were unable to place many coverages. Conduct yourself accordingly.
